Returns and refunds

I want you to be pleased with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me and I'll do my best to resolve it promptly.

Paperback books

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. I will replace the book or provide a refund once the issue has been confirmed.

If you have simply changed your mind, you may return the book within 30 days of delivery, provided it is in new, unread condition. Return postage for change-of-mind purchases is the customer's responsibility.

EPUB editions

Because EPUB files are digital products that can be downloaded immediately, they cannot normally be returned or refunded once the download has been provided.

If you experience technical problems with your EPUB purchase, please contact me and I will help you resolve the issue or provide a replacement file if necessary.

Incorrect orders

If you receive the wrong book or edition, please contact me as soon as possible. I will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
