Yass

Yass is a rural town in the Southern Tablelands of New South Wales, close to the Murrumbidgee River. Its surrounding farming district grew through grazing, agriculture and soldier settlement after the First World War, while nearby Yass Junction on the Main Southern Railway connected the region with Sydney and Melbourne.
