Transcript

Miss Kathleen M. Butler, secretary to Mr. J. J. C. Bradfield, Chief Engineer for the Sydney Harbor Bridge, has been so closely associated with the clerical work connected with the bridge that she knows almost as much about it as the Chief Engineer or some of the tenderers.

For 10 years Miss Butler has been in the Public Service, and during the whole progress of the bridge tenders she had charge of the clerical work. Tenderers from all parts of the world, to whom Miss Butler wrote direct, have expressed appreciation of the clear way in which the information they asked for was sent.
